BLACK MILDEW ON SIDING STAINED WITH OIL BASED FINISH
Often the siding on a building will develop black mildew. This is very common after applying a semi-transparent oil stain that contains Linseed oil. The mildew can sometimes be removed without the need to re-stain. We recently cleaned the mildew from a customers house with great results. Here are some before and after pictures.
